Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Information
We ship anywhere in North America. All orders received by 1:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day (providing the items are in stock). Orders placed after 4:00 on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All order are shipped by UPS Ground (2-4 days, East Coast 6 days) or UPS Express (Guaranteed 2 day delivery). Orders above US$130 may be subject to brokerage fees and taxes. If you use the UPS Express, there is no charge for the broker service. Custom brokerage fees are not included in UPS Standard Ground Service. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Return Policy
All products must be returned in original purchase condition, with all accessories and the famousgolfcourses online sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be shipped UPS Expedited Air Service or brokerage entry fees will be applied to credit card. Returned orders with items missing will either be refused or the missing item amount deducted from the credit. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns, unless defective. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received.

famousgolfcourses is not responsible for lost or any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Depot.
famousgolfcourses will not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or shipping.
All refunds will be credited to the Visa, MasterCard or American Express card originally used in the purchase. It generally takes about 3-4 weeks to process a domestic return (international orders may take longer).
